Round Robin Test 2026
First Evaluation Completed

The first evaluation round of the 2026 IDFB Round Robin Test has been completed!

All participating laboratories can now check their results in the IDFB Member Portal, where they will also find information on whether a retest is required. Laboratories requiring a retest will receive their new test samples within the next few days. Please make sure to follow the specific instructions provided alongside your results in the Member Portal.

All other laboratories will receive their final results in January, following the second evaluation round of the Round Robin Test.

Save the Date: IDFB January Meeting 2027 in Frankfurt

Mark your calendars! The IDFB January Meeting 2027 will take place on January 10–11, 2027, at the Sofitel Frankfurt Opera in Frankfurt/Main, Germany, just ahead of the Heimtextil tradeshow.

The Working Group for Testing Institutes (WG-TI) and the International Down Market Committee (IDMC) will meet on January 10 (committee members only). On January 11, the Technical Commission (TC), Public Relations Committee (PRC) and Presidential Board (PB) will hold their meetings. The TC and PRC meetings are open to all IDFB members.

We also look forward to welcoming all IDFB members to a cocktail party on the evening of January 11!

Further details about the program and registration will be announced shortly. We look forward to seeing you in Frankfurt!

Invitation to the 3rd Imported Down Industry Seminar in China

The China Feather and Down Industrial Association (CFDIA) cordially invites all IDFB members to attend the 3rd Imported Down Industry Seminar, taking place on November 17, 2026, at the Jingtinghu Hotel in Xuancheng City, Anhui Province, China.

The seminar aims to strengthen international cooperation, promote exchange within the global down industry, and foster cross-border trade and business opportunities. Interested members can find the official invitation letter and registration form on the IDFB Member Portal.
