Dress Code & Lunch Options

The meeting dress code is business casual throughout the event. Sardinia in June is typically warm and sunny, so we recommend light and comfortable clothing while maintaining a professional appearance during the meeting sessions. For the social events and dinners, smart casual attire is perfectly appropriate.

 

Lunch Options at the Hotel

For those staying at the hotel or looking for convenient lunch options between meeting sessions, the hotel has made two restaurants available to our group:

DOMUS Buffet
A light lunch buffet will be available on an individual charge basis for a special rate for IDFB attendees only: €40 + 10% VAT per person (regular price: €50 + VAT).

Mezze Restaurant
The Mezze Restaurant will also be open for lunch. It offers à la carte menu. Reservations are required and we strongly recommend reservations in advance directly with the restaurants:

Important Hotel Information

Please take note of the following hotel policies and services:

  • The hotel has a strict non-smoking policy inside all guest rooms. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
  • A variety of leisure activities are available, including: Soccer, Beach volleyball, Tennis, Padel tennis. Pricing and booking details are available at the hotel reception.
  • Please note that use of leisure facilities, especially the swimming pool, outside official opening hours is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in a fine of €1,500.
  • The hotel also offers an extensive spa program. Spa services are not included in the accommodation package but can be booked directly through reception.
 

Leisure Activities

In addition to the meeting program, attendees and accompanying persons are welcome to take part in the optional leisure activities offered during the event.

Daily yoga classes will be available throughout the meeting and provide an opportunity to relax and recharge between sessions:

  • 8 June — 10:00–11:00
  • 9 June — 16:30–17:30
  • 10 June — 16:00–17:00

Accompanying guests are invited to join the dedicated partner program, a sightseeing food tour to Cagliari, organized during the meeting.
